By our observations, the item is in very good condition. There is some miniscule wear to the teapot and and its box. There are some smudges to the teapot and infuser. There is some wear to the bottom of the box. There are some scuff marks and scratches on the box. The front bottom right corner has a dent and some creases. The front top two corners have small tears to them. The small flap has some wear to it. To the best of our knowledge, there is no major damage to the teapot or infuser. The items were taking out of the box for the purpose of taking pictures. See picture gallery for more information.
